We offer shipping via Australia Post with a flat rate of $11 AUD, delivering within 2-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-6 business days for order processing, and up to 7-10 business days during sale events or collection launches.

International Orders:

We ship all international orders with Australia Post International at a flat rate of $26.95 AUD.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Stay Chic does not collect or pre-pay these fees.

You will receive a tracking confirmation email within 3–6 business days of placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once the package leaves our facility in Sydney, Australia, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please open a claim directly with Australia Post (for domestic orders) or DHL (for international orders).

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at info@staychic.au. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, and once shipped, they cannot be modified.

Shipping Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will not issue a refund, and any shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@staychic.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Items returned after 14 days or that do not meet return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
